What Your VOC Test Will Include:

Top 10 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) - out gassing of toxic chemical compounds from materials such as furniture, carpet, new construction, etc.


Hidden Mold called 'Mold VOCs' or MVOCs - produced during the metabolic or digestive processes of molds. This test is used as an indicator of actively growing mold that can be hiding behind walls, etc.


EPA Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) - also known as toxic air pollutants. Pollutants known or suspected to cause cancer or other serious health effects, such as reproductive effects, birth defects, or adverse environmental effects.
 

Contamination Index Listing (CI) - shows the types of air-contaminating products and materials that are present in your home. This report provides suggestions where these products and materials might be found and is divided into three main groups:
